Frequently Asked Questions

  • At Mac It Sweet, we offer a variety of products that are gluten-free or can be made gluten-free. Simply indicate your preference on the order form if you need a gluten-free item.

  • We offer nut-free baked goods, but because we also prepare items containing nuts, our facility is not entirely nut-free.

  • Delivery is available within the Peoria area for a $5 fee. We also offer local pickup in the southwest part of the Peoria metropolitan area.

  • Place an order by clicking the order button and completing the form, or email info@macitsweet.com with any questions before ordering.

  • Shipping is not available for all baked goods, and we can only ship within Illinois. Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail’s three‑day service. While we can’t guarantee an exact arrival date, we will always provide a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

  • Order times vary depending on the item. Custom‑decorated cookies require more time to prepare than non‑decorated cookies.
