This product was produced in a home kitchen not inspected by a health department that may also process common food allergens. If you have safety concerns, contact your local health department.

A minimum of two weeks notice is requested for all custom orders.

A minimum of seven days requested for standard orders.

Cancellation Policy

We know life happens — here’s how cancellations work at our bakery so we can keep things fair for everyone and continue baking with love.

Custom Orders

  • A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your order and date.

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before pickup may receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before pickup are non‑refundable, as ingredients and prep work have already begun.

  • Date changes may be accommodated depending on availability.

Standard Bakery Orders

  • Orders canceled 48 hours or more before pickup may receive a full refund.

  • Orders canceled within 48 hours are non‑refundable.

No‑Shows

  • Orders not picked up on the scheduled date are non‑refundable.

  • Items will be held until the end of the business day.

Weather, Emergencies & Unexpected Events

  • If we must cancel due to an emergency, you will receive a full refund or credit.

  • If you have an emergency, please contact us — we’ll do our best to work with you, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Design Changes

  • Design changes must be requested at least 5 days before pickup.

  • Last‑minute changes may not be possible and may incur additional charges.
